RFT Helmets [Limited Supply]
Vacuum formed versions of the RFT helmet, straight from the fan film!

Here is another fan film prop, the Rebel Fleet Trooper helmet. Sometimes called 'Rebel Blockade Runner'. This is based on a mold taken from an actual WWII US Navy Mark II 'Talker' helmet, and 3 custom made vac-form molds. The communication box, the rear swoop, and the chin cup. These were to be used in the fan film, but due to budget over-runs, we can only have a limited the number of Fleet Troopers. Here is your chance to get one of the extras from the production.

Here is another fan film prop, the Rebel or Imperial belt box kit . This is based on 2 custom made vac-form molds. Easy to assemble, and install on your own belt, these boxes can either be painted or covered with aluminum tape [provided with the kit].

Resin Rebel Trooper Backpack Tube Assembly

An important part of the Rebel Trooper is his backpack, and here is one of the many parts to completing your own Trooper Backpack. The Tube Assembly. Cast in polyurethane Resin, these tube assemblies work great on your winter planet or forest moon packs. We worked with LoneScout from the Rebel Legion to bring you this design.

Resin Rebel Trooper Gear

As an effort to have some different 'rebel scum' in our fan film, we created this dress up kit for an affordable airsoft gun. We needed a sniper for our fan film, so we decided on the Rebel Commando costume. Well, this character needed a Rebel weapon, so we decided to make the A281 Blaster. The result is a very limited run of the resin and PVC parts needed to dress up an airsoft AR15. These kits were to be used with the Well's MR722. Click here for the assembly guide.

Replica Sterling L2A3 [E-11] Parts:

The original plan for the fan film was to have 20 troopers in some large scale battles, much like that of the old WWII movies. I started making the blasters for the 20 troopers, then a production decision was made to reduce the number of trooper by half. So, I am left with a bunch of these resin parts, and if you need any let me know [email me]. These were made to speed up the blaster making for the fan film, and as a film prop, they do have minor air bubbles, and flashing that need to be cleaned up. An easy job for the scratch-built blaster project. These were cast from a real L2A3 Sterling, M38 scope, and counter box. [non-logo version]. Some parts are cast in a gray resin as a test. These work great, and really help if you plan to weather your parts.

Thermal Detonator Control Pad

Thermal Detonator Control Pad v2.0 We have a few extras left over. These are straight from the fan film. While making the trooper armor for the film project, we ran a few extras of these parts. We had intended for these to be used as a sort of improvised S-trooper hand-grenade in the film. With way more than the production can use, we now have a few extras. Made of .080 white High Impact Polystyrene, [HIPs]. Great for the Sandtrooper pack project, too! Version 2 has an extended base for use on santrooper packs as well as TDCPs. Just trim for the control pad.

*Note: You will need to attach this with velcro, not included.

X-Wing Pilot chest box	Note, finished boxes are not available.
Wanting to show a shot-down X-wing pilot for the fan film, I needed to make all the parts for the costume. Not 100% screen accurate, but they finish out great! Here is a picture of the finished prototype. The details are resin, and the button snap is a found item. So is the hole punch ring, and the red dots. Here are some of the extra parts that we have:

Solid Resin Rocker Switch	X-wing Pilot / TIE Pilot Rocker Switches Resin cast 'rocker switches'. Cast as a single piece, these appear to be 3 seperate switches. Can be cut out with razor saw.

Please remember, if you are ordering, these parts and kits are from extras, left over from the fan film. And when they are gone, they are gone. The goal was to produce props as cost effective as possible. This is a limited run of usually less than 20 pieces each. Casting flaws, and all. Its part of the process. The helmets are made by hand, one at a time as needed. The resin blaster parts are from a small stockpile that is rapidly selling away. I do not plan to make any more once these supplies are gone. Check back often for updates. I'm not in this hobby to try and 'make a buck', just trying to help out other prop makers and collectors. But with a little effort, and some creativity, you too can make your own props and costumes.

Most folks that have ordered from me have been happy with their purchases. But, if you are not, just send the unused parts back, in the same condition they were sent in, within 90 days from date of purchase, and I will refund your money minus the shipping and any PalPal fees. Also, a 25% restocking fee may be applied to purchases over $40. No returns will be accepted if the parts have been modified, assembled, or painted. Original condition parts only. Remember, most all of these parts are extras, or left over surplus from the production of the props and costumes for the fan film. The goal of the molds and masters was to produce props as cost effective as possible. Expect some casting flaws, flashing, air bubbles, etc.
