A chocolate spoon.....I think a mold from food grade silicone would be better than vacuumforming over a spoon. vacformed you only would have 1 side of the spoon |

Hi,
Try to use a wooden ring that has a slightly bigger diameter than the dome.
Lay it on top of the plastic arround the dome and press it down before applying the vacuum.
That should solve you ... |

It is that way, because the designers of the machine wanted it that way.
Of course you can just dremel the parts but itīs a lot more work to build every single piece than to simply getting them ... |

You wonīt be able to melt the pieces together into 1 nice sheet. when heating in the oven the new sheet will most likely tear apart at the joining edges.
