damn i just started making the hand mold and i have all the tools and it took me 1 and a half hours to get half way done. ill add pictures later of my progress.

Hey guys how hard is it to Make molds of thae trooper helmet parts and how hard is it to pull on the vacuform.

Ya dude i had a trash back over it and accedentaly started my shop vac and isucked right down. I was so supprised i started to try to pull it off but i forgot my shop vac was still on even with the lo ...

lol Bantha fodder Ya my dad explained it to me and i glued it all together and put four little spacers in there i hope thats enough thanks cj for the tips and thanks jim for the great tutorial video ...

yup its just old and ya i was waithing for you to suggest stuff before i glued and screwed it all together. so what do you mean add more spacing from the 1/8 inch im kina confused
