I do know that we use a transformer at work for our 110v power tools so maybe this is all you need?

I've thought about doing that but I'm not sure if the oven would 'trip' the transformer with it h ...

I'm in the middle of building my own vacuformer but due to size restrictions I have to go with the over/under design but ...
