If your married, I wouldn't reccomend useing the kitchen oven. You will never hear the end of it if you stink up the house.

I think it is also commonly used for plastic milk cartons, but could be wrong.

Do you use regular carpenter glue?

It looks great, do only glue the MDF board together or do you nail the inside portions with a brad nailer to help hold it all together?
