I don't see why not... if it's got the CFM and can pull a strong enough vac it doesn't really matter HOW it does it, LOL.

And, the dry vane type means no oil mist when you use it.... a battle I am ...

Drilling holes was fun.. LOL, but not that bad. I got a pile of 1/8" cobalt drill bits on ebay cheap. Again, slow speed and lots of pressure... as Patternman says, it work hardens quickly so you ...

Fredo has a cool thread on his oven build, and 93RMW pondered about using reflective material for an oven instead of the usual Hardi Backer so I figured I'd pop this thread up with my thoughts and exp ...

I haven't done much ABS, but I have done some with my table. I had no problems with 1/8th ABS.

I'm not sure more heat is the answer... I've read that too much will burn the plastic before it gets s ...

That seems like a lot of heat. I have a 24x32, I think I have it running at 3200 watts. (Two coils nested.. one is 1200 watts, the other 2000 so I have some temp options.. 1200/2000/3200) 4.something ...

I take it there will be a part that slides between the two close together uprights that keeps everything square as the frame slides up and down?

I'm ...

I have a 24x32 I've already built... over/under, stainless steel oven, dual stage vac using an ungodly vac pump (21 CFM) and no air tank.

I want to make a baby brother to it, using 12x16 sheets (1/ ...
