It's a bit late to being saying this, but in general the top and bottom frames don't have to be the same thickness or stiffness, and probably usually shouldn't be.

Hi,
The manual of my vacuumcleaner specifies 30kPa and 40l/s. In non-metric measurements, that would be about 8.8 inches of Hg and 84CFM.
I believe that's quite a lot for such a small vacuumcleane ... |
