It takes about 1 to 2 minutes before it starts to smoke, it may be that I'm heating it to fast. I try heating it slowly today and see if it works.

I'd consider trying a negative mold. It's often recommended in cases where bucks get stuck. It's nice because when the plastic cools it will shrink away from the mold, not tightly around it. I'm su ... |
