its plain not stained or painted. the wierd thing is the other one that is similar but more complexed with 2 valleys little over 1-3/4 deep x 2 wide, comes out with 4 wacked real easy. the simple mold ... |

i form 1/8 abs all day long. takes 3-1/2 minutes to heat a 24x36 sheet for forming. i have a flip flop design. you have to make a adjustable oven so you can change the heights. not all abs will heat u ... |

good idea.i did it with running it with one 30 amp outlet.not with 2.all i did was shorten the wire and stretched tighter on the last to outer rings.so the outer 2 rings would he hotter then the cent ... |
