i use a utility knife , when the plastic is still very hot on the platen. basic rough cut then i clean up the parts with a table top belt sander.

i got a 33 gallon tank. i bought my pump used and it gets between 23-15 hg. but it is a well used pump before i got it.

i want with a 7 cfm pump and tank. i had some deep pulls to make so i wanted to make sure the pump would do the job.

well i fixed, a o ring had come out of place on the inside of the pump.

a 25 cent part brought the whole thing down. HA!

i still have to figure some kind of filter to keep particles of junk out ...

i think i destroyed my vac pump. i bought a used one and got it running ,
it was locked up when i got it. took it apart and turn the pistons inside the pump , put it back together. the pump ran fine. ...

that is amazing!! i want one of those printers. you could do greebs for days. on larger parts ,you would build it a piece at a time. glue it together and instant master of a helmet or whatever.
