I actually have a few of them still, lol, I got Kirk, Bones, Spock , Uhura and a Gorn... along with the 'Bridge' playset! I'll have to dig around to find them again but I'll see bout getting some pics ...

Or how about putting a coat of bondo on it to strenghten it to get a cast/pull of it? Anyone try anything like this?

I've found that putting oil based clay in a microwave softens it up alot faster than a heat gun, lol. And while it is difficult to smooth out, using a regular spoon and mineral spirits may be what you ...
