So im up to this point with my vacuum former, its a 22x32 platen. Im now in process of building the oven.

thank you for the info, is there any pics of the pulley system at all from anyone who did this? I was thinking of going with lift levers like in that one video. The vacuum former size platen is 22x30. ... |

actually the best thing to use is a motorcycle visor, get them on ebay for 15 bucks, come in a variety of tints such such as gold, silver etc. Mod it a bit depending on the helmet and your good to go. |

thanks for the info, my friend who live in another part of the country made it originally, just doesnt have the molds anymore, so its fine to do. Ill make a neg mold of it then. thankyou |

I need to replace a piece of armor that got broken, was vacuum formed originally. I need to replace it by vacuum forming it, whats the best way of going about it? thankyou |
