What is the ideal vacuum inhg that is required to form 4mm HIPS sheet?

I have a shop vacuum that only pulls -3 inhg and i tried a new vacuum too and got about the same.

Well 2 or 3mm HIPS is pretty tough to form , trust me, personal experience , but not a lot of experience...lol I just built my own table, just doing to fine tuning of the heating to get it right.

Thanks for the input, i have gloss one the one side and matt on the other.. i guess for my use , the gloss to the inside will be best, matt out for painting then lol
