crashmann, since this topic is originally from Dec 22, 2008 and you are still active here on the forums and replying to it... can you tell us a little more about how this project turned out?

Obviously your end was a success, but did the whole thing come together and end up being something you were involved with for a while or are still involved in? how this project turned out seems quite interesting. If used multiple times, how long did your female mold hold up for? any drawbacks or advantages to the materials you used to make it? anything you would've done differently?
