I was curious if the thought of vac forming a case for an iPad / iPhone ever crossed anyone else's mind. I haven't tried it, scared of the squeezing pressure and heat, but I'm curious if anyone else has.

hmmm... high heat. high pressure. $800 toy. Doesn't sound like a good plan to me.

if anything, i'd make a mold of an ipad, cast it, and form over that. but even making the mold is more risk than i'd want.
