Hello Alimz & welcome to the forum.

What is your application? Are you looking for picts of automatic vac forming production molds or something one off for a single sheet vac former?

DougN ,

thank you very much for your replay.

actually I'm looking for the schematic of the automatic vacuum machine's mold.
but for testing , I've built the manual one.

I would like to know where they drill the vacuum holes specially for the pots that have got the soft angle entire body and zigzag edge, or how they vacuum their logo or text in the bottom of the cups.

thank you again .

Interesting. I've only seen picts of the cup molds but aren't they a multi piece mold? Since that plastic is so thin if drilled holes were used, the holes would have to be miniscule to keep from showing in the formed plastic. Perhaps someone with more experince or other ideas will post up.
