Hello,

I have a couple of questions since I am just getting into this and would appreciate your help.

If my plug / mold measures 7" wide x11" long and 1" thick, what size sheet of .020 styrene would you recommend using. Is there a factor like 2" bigger all around? I don't want to cut the material too large if this will cause webbing at the corners or doesn't it matter?

When heating this .020" flock covered styrene in a gas oven, what would be a good starting temperature?

I'm sure there will be other questions, we will try a few at a time. Thanks, Bob
