I found some thin acrylic at the hobby store. Look in the stained glass window section. Then, a trip to an auto parts store, I found some green limo tint film. I also got a window tint film kit to make the application easier. I then take the acrylic, peel off the protective plastic film and spray it down with some soapy water as per the window tint film instruction. Next cut some of the tint, peel off the backing, and apply. Then squeegie out the air bubbles before the soapy water dries. Then trim to newly made visor material to fit your helmet. If this is not dark enough, add a second layer of tint. When installing, be sure the tint is on the outside.

Thats it.

If you are talking the lenses for the bucket, I went here: http://militaryclothing.com/IBS/SimpleCat/Shelf/ASP/Hierarchy/050I0H.html

A little creative cutting, and there you go.

Yes, I used flat acrylic with green window tint film. Now that I can dye plastic, my next helmet upgrade will be the PETG dyed dark green!
