I had a wood "buck" (or form) that was difficult to get out of the pull, so I just let the whole thing cool and then heated the plastic with a hair dryer. The plastic expands and the buck just about falls out on its own. Just thought I'd mention it.
I created a big "U" like that from the Unreal Tournament game.

Good tip mate,but I find it alot easier if you get your moulds out before the plastic cools as it actually shrinks as it cools.This makes releasing the moulds much harder because the plastic locks onto your moulds and that is not good |
