quick question with air tank and vacuum.ok i bought a 10cfm vacuum pump,and waiting for it to be delivered,hope monday.ok today i built a 30gal air tank 24inx24inx12in,that is 29.78gal tank.i made it out of 4mm steel,bent it ,then welded the box together.ok i know what size to make the outlet fiting for the vacuum to the tank,but i dont know what size i should make the plumbing from the tank to the forming surface.my forming surface is 24 x 36 in. any suggestion what i should make it.on the kegger guys rig ,it looks like he use 1in. pipeing.or shoud i go bigger like 1.5in piping?thanks

I need to get you to make me a tank! As far as plumbing size, 1" to 3/4" is fine. I would not go any larger than 1.25-1.5 inch dia.

Thats about the size that Thurston James did his vac-machine.
