ok just installed my vac gauge to tank,what presure do i use.i have a 10cfm vac pump set up to a 30 gal tank.what would be the best pressure to pull .125 or .250 abs.thanks |

As far as I know if you can pull down to 20"-29.92"Hg (mercury) go for as much vacuum you can get, ESPECIALLY if you are attempting to pull material that thick!!
1/8" & 1/4" thick is somewhere between the wall thickness of schedule 40 pipe! I hope you aren't expecting to see any details of your mold with that thick of stuff! _________________ Tony Krewson
