Hey Jim,
I last night I forgot to mention that I can say with AUTHORITY that HF is NOT Smooth-Cast's FlexFoam-25... I just got done playing with their $38 sample size... its CLOSE, but no cigar. The foam-core is not quite as dense, and the "skin" is paper-thin, although pretty tough... not the (approx.) 1/8" thick rubber-like skin that the HF batter develops.
I have heard the the HF material is a custom blend, so I even added some to the JGreer in varying ratios... it lowered the viscosity which made it easier to pour into the mold, but it inhibits the expanding properties too much. I'm still working out how to get this stuff (in it's straight formula) casted into a 2-part mold to get the desired results... Stay Tuned. _________________ Tony Krewson
