I've always used GE Polymershapes. Some of the folks are a few beers short of a six pack, but their shipping has been very fast and reliable.

Just find the office nearest to you, then call and ask for pricing on the plastic.
Good luck!

I use www.professionalplastics.com . They have been pretty good to me, and have most of what you want. ABS is one side smooth/one side haircell. I don't know where to get the 2 sides smooth ABS. I think it must be a custom order thing.
Order online. If you live near a large city, check your yellow pages for a plastic supplier or sign maker.

If you happen to be near Denver, CO the best I have found is Plasticare.

These guys have a wide selection, and a great memory! LOL, last time I bought plastic was around 5 months ago. This time when I went in the guy remembered my name, asked how the home-made vac table was going, etc.
They also will cut stuff to size for you and everything. |
