I finely got around to posting some video of my machine in action. Within 5 minutes of plugging the machine in, I can make the first pull. Without working too quickly, (with good molds), I can make pulls about every 3 minutes. In the video I am only pulling 2’ X 2’ with the adjustable frames set to the width of the plastic roll.

I usually just do a few pulls in each mold because I do proto type work, but marketing wants 20 samples of these packages, so this is was my first chance for rapid production. It has become obvious that I need to move the roll to the front of the machine to minimize the number of times I have to walk around the machine, (I could probably use the exercise). Here is the video: http://s349.photobucket.com/albums/q363/fbodyhappe/?action=view&current=IMGP1130.flv

I will have to post some more videos later. I have to cut them down to fit under the 1Meg file size limit.
