Hi all,
I'm Alan, and I found this site while doing some research on vacuum forming. I *believe* I've found exactly what I need!
I'm in the process of building a small/mid scale vac former in my shop, and will have lots questions I'm sure.
I plan to start a thread in the vac forming section showing my build (to date) and ask for some advice.

Welcome to the board! What sort of projects are you wanting to vac-form? |

I own a small business which produces aftermarket auto parts. This is the focus of my vac-forming project. Most parts are small, and are used in the interior. ABS plastic (.090) is likely to be my primary material.
I use two CNC machines in my shop, and have quite a few other nifty toys at my disposal. A nice, simple vac-form machine will allow me to do short production runs, or at least test concepts before farming them out to a more capable (larger) production former.
