|

I'm getting ready to start making some spare parts for GIjOE. Currently there are several replacement options available. Cotswold makes some nice parts, but these are not replicas, but rather a fresh interpretation as to not violate US copyright laws.
A vintage donor. This has been my preferred option, but sadly, I now have so many spare Joes, I can make several more complete figures if I only had a few more extra parts.
Mold and cast your own. Before Cotswold's Elite Brigade, this was you only other option besides canibalizing a donor Joe. I'm currently researching some flexible dye resin that should work as a good casting medium, and match the color of the Joes. |
