One of these days, I plan to make a tanto knife, a replica of the ones worn by the kamakazi pilots of WWII. If you have any knife making tips please share them here. |

OK Jimbo - now I can give some advice...
You can make some real nice knives from pre "finished" blades and make your own tsuba and cord wraps easily... I'll dig up my links to all opf my knife making suppliers...
here is a picture of one I made about 2 years ago... I have been working on a Mesquite/buffalo horn handled skinner for over a year..
