I designed this mold off of ANH ab pic (the tk buttons are an add on to the mold)
Is this thing going to give me problems releasing the plastic??

Mold looks great!. As for release, mine are similar, but if you do get lock down, then you will want to add some body filler to the leg wells, and the abdomen top.
Undercuts get into some release issue, so are straight 90 degree edges, but some talc powder helps.

What Jim said. Round out the leg and waist wells, it doesn't have to be much, just enough to get a nice taper from the top to the base of the buck. Here's an example (albeit a little extreme):
By doing that, it seriously cuts down on the webbing you may experience, too. _________________ -John |
