I pulled some clear acrylic a couple times, just to experiment. It was much more brittle after forming than HIPS or ABS, although I may have cooked it at too high a temperature. I was surprised though that it came out only slightly distorted. I formed over several rounded items to make some lenses for a Halloween costume that I abandoned. They would have worked pretty well, which was surprising considering how improvised the molds were.
