Hi There. Im just here to introduce myself. My name is Jason Martin from Chicago. I am currently a student at Triton College, but planning on transfering to University of Illinois at Chicago into the Computer Science field. I tend to get into alot of strange things like this vacuum forming thing. Before this ive built catapults, simple robots, flew rc planes, and i have a couple rc cars. the later is what led me to the vacuum forming. i drive a dodge neon and really want a neon lexan body for my rc car, so thats what led me to this. Although, i must say that making a storm trooper or halo suit does have a curtain appeal, but we'll see. As of now I built a TJ style machine that folds up and should be rather "portable". I plan on posting some pictures on the correct thread sometime in the near future(when i find my camera). Thank You everyone so far for all your help, albeit inderectly, but extremely helpful. -Jason Martin |
